Weekend receptionist & social media assistant

 

Bartley Portrait Studios are an exciting and unique family photography studio in Warrington. We specialise in creating individual and bespoke images of our clients whilst delivering a fantastic client experience.

We are recruiting for a Part-Time Front of House Receptionist and Social Media Assistant to work each weekend which will be a total of 16 hrs p/w.

The Role

The role will be to support the studio on all administrative duties such as data input, administering voucher packs for clients and answering the telephone. You will also be required to meet and welcome our clients whilst helping them to receive an amazing experience.

Another essential part of the role is to be involved with our Facebook and other social media accounts, creating content, sharing client’s images along with writing and administrating blog content for our website.

Essential Criteria

We therefore seek someone who is confident with a bubbly personality, outgoing and very well presented with relevant previous experience.

Excellent written and oral communication skills are therefore a must.

Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.

Have a passion for social media and creative content writing

It’s especially beneficial if you are good with children and animals!

An interest in photography may be beneficial but not essential.
